We are currently involved at a large scale in the domain of medical instruments, testing machines, different types of Power Distribution Units, different type of Frames as well as usable items, to meet the demands of competitive communication market globally. We ensure our users will get the best quality products bench tested with strict high standard measures.  

We fulfill the real world needs of the customers with an objective to develop a long-term business relationship with customers. We are involved in manufacturing a range of Optical Fiber Cable Accessories, Fiber Optic Products and All Types of Networking Products in varied designs and numerous configurations. A step ahead from the inclining towards quality products and generating revenue, we also aim towards skill development of the people from the lowest strata of the society. Competing with the reputed brands gives us a wider perspective and helps us deliver best possible solutions to the customers. 

R&D and Manufacturing 

STIL is emerging as a pioneer in India and in international market in manufacturing sector. We have three manufacturing units at Mayapuri Industrial Area, New Delhi. We are establishing one more upcoming unit in Kushkhera, Rajastha At present our manufacturing unit is equipped with fully automatic machines such as:

• CNC AMADA Turret punch machine
• CNC AMADA Bending machine
• CNC AMADA Laser Cutting Machine
• Hydraulic Bending Machine
• Manual Power Press (20tons, 10tons, 5tons each three numbers)
• Manual Cutter Machine
• Spot Welding Machine
• MIG Welding Machine
• Grinding Machine
• Compressor Machines
• Testing Plant 

We have added a state of-the-art Powder Coating Plant in Delhi, which includes a spray pre-treatment process, with 7 tank dipping process and Powder Coating system. This facility ensures highly consistent quality levels. It also provides us with the confidence that we can consistently provide world-class products, as well as full range of accessories. 

We have installed full automatic machinery setup for patch chord and pigtail Manufacturing, full set for every type of joint enclosures too. Optimum utilization of resources and manpower gives us prompt results as per our planning and set formulas as well as matching equipment for surface preparation and decorative finishes. 

All operations are controlled in-house through a full-fledged Computer programming system with new tradition of innovative manufacturing. Product development unit provides design and engineering facilities & tools for designing its products.
